You’ve just bought a car. The last thing you want is to lose a full day standing in line at the licensing department, only to be told a form is missing. With Vulinet’s vehicle registration service, you don’t have to. We register your vehicle for you, stand in the queues on your behalf, and deliver the paperwork to your door.
Which vehicles we register
Whether it’s straight off the showroom floor or bought privately, we handle registration for:
• New vehicles
• Used vehicles bought from a dealer or a private seller
• Recovered vehicles that need to be re-registered after theft
Why register your car promptly
In South Africa, a vehicle must be registered in the new owner’s name after it changes hands. Delays can leave you facing penalties, and an unregistered car can’t be licensed. That means no valid licence disc, which can lead to fines and problems with your insurance if you’re in an accident. Getting it done quickly protects you as the new owner.
How it works: three easy steps
1. Download the form. Get the vehicle registration application form from our website and fill it in.
2. Send it to us. Email it with a copy of your ID to sales@vulinet.co.za, or send it via WhatsApp on 071 600 0897.
3. We do the rest. Our team handles the licensing department and delivers your documents to your door.
No traffic, no parking, no queues, and no time off work.
More than just registrations
Once your car is registered, Vulinet can take care of the rest of your vehicle admin too:
• Licence disc renewals delivered to your door
• Change of ownership when you buy or sell a vehicle
• Vehicle de-registration for stolen or scrapped cars, so you stop paying licence fees
• Number plates, including personalised plates
• Document collection and delivery
